Refund policy

Custom & made-to-order items — FINAL SALE

All custom, made-to-order, personalized, and altered pieces are FINAL SALE. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds — including custom boots, custom heels, made-to-measure legwear, and any piece created or modified to a buyer's specifications. This applies to domestic, international, and wholesale orders alike.

Standard items — 30-day return window

Standard, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, only with advance approval. To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return

Email your return request to firegalerie@firegalerie.com before shipping anything. If approved, we'll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address. Write the RA number on the outside of the package and ship with tracking. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Custom / made-to-order / personalized items (final sale, above), sale and clearance items as marked at purchase, and gift cards.

Wholesale orders

Approved returns of standard wholesale items are subject to a 30% restocking fee, deducted from the refund. Custom wholesale pieces are final sale. Wholesale buyers pay return shipping.

International orders

The buyer pays all return shipping costs. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees paid on the original delivery are non-refundable — they are charged by the buyer's country, not by LA Galerie. Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, where applicable law provides. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (less any applicable restocking fee). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
