Custom orders are created based on buyer specifications and are therefore final sale. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or returned.

4. Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped in accordance with Poshmark’s platform policies. Shipping timelines may vary, but all efforts are made to process and ship orders promptly. Once an item is shipped, the seller is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

Firebody HC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased.
